Hi I am looking to extract some data from my own UK ebay shop. The ebay export functions do not appear to allow me to extract data for multi -variation listings eg For a pair of trainers there will be different SKU's and EAN's for each size.
The data i require from ebay from my listings is:
Custom Label (SKU)
SKU (for variation)
EAN (for variation)
Product Description.
Anyone know how i could do this please?
Many Thanks

There is no one comprehensive tool to do as you wish. However, there is an eBay report that will get you all but the description. For that there is another tool, written by @shipscript that can get the descriptions for you. You would then need to marry those export files into on file in your spreadsheet.
I will leave the explanation of the correct description tool to the author above.
The skus, eans, and item numbers (you need this to marry the two downloads) you will need to run a FileExchange report.
1) Sign up for FileExchange (if you are not already subscribed) - https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing/listing-advanced-sellers/file-exchange.html
2) Request a FileExchange download file - https://k2b-bulk.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SMDownloadRequest
a) Select 'Active' in the first selection box,
b) Click on the FileExchange radio button,
c) Select 'Add unique identifiers' in that selection box,
d) Click 'Save'.
The report will be generated and a message will be sent to your registered email address with the link/page to view your files. Click the download link on that page.

Use this tool to fetch publicly viewable listings (no adult and no out-of-stock -- if you need those, we'll take a different approach):
https://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ActiveContentEditor.htm
1) On the first screen, enter you sellername and listing site.
2) When item numbers have been retrieved from eBay, the second screen will provide scan options for repairing active content and other issues. You can modify your descriptions using settings here.
3) Select the "Force Archive" setting, in addition to, or instead of, the other scan options.
4) When the scan completes, open the "Description Spreadsheets for File Exchange" panel and zip the "revised" description files, which will include item numbers.

The secure https version of the isdntek website just expired. Hopefully it will be repaired before the day is over. This older link should continue to work in the short term:
