Hi eBay-Community,
the german VAT will change on July 1st due to COVID-19: I need to change the VAT on all my listings. We got two seperate VAT (19%/7%), so I'm looking for a way to change those two values on all my listings in a bulk.
I know there's the "VATPercent" parameter for eBay's File Exchange. Anyone know how to export all my active listings with this "VATPercent" parameter, so I could replace them? Or is there a way to solve this problem?
Any would be highly appreciated.
King regards.

Hello @*sparking* ,
With File Exchange the header is called VATPercent. When you specify the VATPercent, the VAT information appears on the item's listing page. The View Item page displays the precision to two decimal places with no trailing zeros. However, the full value you input is stored.
File Exchange isn't capable of downloading the VAT percentage and so you could download your active listings, then modify the file to have Action, ItemID, & VATPercent, (you could keep title in the file if you wanted).
If you need assistance on this, reach out to our Advanced Apps team. Currently with the pandemic, they aren't taking phone calls but you can email them at turbodata@ebay.com and they can help you with questions on File Exchange.
I sure hope that helps and thank you very much for your post. I wish you well and I hope you have a great weekend and stay safe!
