I'm trying to get a better idea of what our most popular sizes or styles are. Is there a way to generate this information on a report?
Specifically I'm looking at the jeans and tops category. I can generate a report showing all items sold for the year, but then I'd seemingly have to go page by page handwriting each style and size down based on what's shown in the title of the item. Which would take quite a long time.
Any ideas?

I think what you would need is the item specifics, but eBay does not archive that information. If you had been using a SKU (custom label) that delineated size and style, a downloaded report could be sorted by SKU. A spreadsheet could break apart the SKU and organize by types.
type_material_sleeve_color_size (up to 50 characters)
shirt_cotton_long_blue_12
shirt_nylon_short_pink_14
shirt_silk_none_red_10
If there was no preplanning, then I think breaking apart the titles is about the best one could do.
