Why I can not sell items with existing ebay account ? If I set up a new seller account, is it linked old account details with new account ?

Thanks

It's got something to do with Payoneer, whatever that is. Check what the Sri Lankan government rules are.

What is wrong with your existing eBay account? What kind of error are you getting when you try to register for managed payments with your Payoneer account?

You can't open a new account to get around limits or restrictions that have been put on your current account, so it will be better to figure out what is wrong and fix it.

You don't appear to have ever sold anything on eBay before, so the first thing to do is register your current account for selling. Then register for managed payments, and provide a Payoneer account to receive the payments. You have to register first, and then wait until your account is activated for managed payments. We don't know how soon that will be, it usually takes about a few weeks.

Some sellers in Sri Lanka have reported that they had to provide a business Payoneer account, so that may be required by your government. We don't know that for sure yet, please post again and let us know if you are asked for a business account.

For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.
