Camera Zoom In

I normally start my listing and make my pictures using my Iphone 11 but I recently noticed that I can no longer zoom in on the item that I am photographing. I've gone back to moving my camera closer (distorts color and more shadows) but have wondered if there is a setting that I need to change?

There are several videos on this google search that address the zoom function.

Yours may have gotten turned off and might need to be turned back on again.
