CSV upload with relationships is killing me one failed upload at a time

I am trying to create a listing with relationships, and posting here is my last resort.  I am missing something simple I think and I am a bit too frustrated to see it.  I have used CSV's to do single items with success, but this relationship thing is killing me.   I even tried manually creating a listing with variants and then downloading the CSV to revise the listings, I thought that would give me the proper template, but when I copied what was there and uploaded I get 1 listing created and 56 failed listings.  GAHHHH!!! 

Here is my failure message x 55 more times:

BAF.Error.5,Invalid Action *Action(SiteID=US|Country=US|Currency=USD|Version=1193|CC=UTF-8) 

I added the following and the message remains. 

For ease I've truncated the list:

Just saw that I didn't have "variant" on each of my names.   Guess I had to post here to return to an objective point of view.   I'd rather delete the whole post, but, whatevs.

I'll often create a question, and the simple process of spelling out that question focuses the mind on a solution that wasn't clear before. Glad you were able to see the problem in that CSV file.

One of the other common problems is a typo, or wrong delimiter or missing variation, in the master record. There is a feature at the bottom of this online tool to help with constructing that master record's "RelationshipDetails" field.
