How do I create this listing, where the buyer pays $400 and get's a lot

of 50 tubes of color, they pick the 50 colors any color they want without 

having to email the colors they want separate from the order?

You can tell buyers to specify the quantity and colors they desire in the Remarks section when purchasing. Or you could create a variations listing if eBay allows it in the listing category you will be choosing. Creating a variation listings require a certain amount of expertise and can be time consuming as well as frustrating. But you will be able to list multiple items with variations (i.e. different colors or sizes) in the same listing. Good luck.
