Bulk Edit for Auto Accept

Need to be able to Edit Bulk for Auto Accept. Extremely important when you use the Time Away function since you have to turn off Auto Accept on your listings to use Time Away. I don't see this as an Edit function.

Bulk Edit for Auto Accept

The easiest way I know to manage this is using the bulk edit tool.

At the top of your active listings page, hit the Edit button then select edit all. That will bring your listings into bulk edit.

- On the bulk edit page, select all listings.

- Use the bulk edit button on the top left, select offers. Screen will look like this:

(Oops that screenshot shows auto-decline, but the part hidden by the drop-down is auto-accept. You'll see it once on that page.)

- Remove the auto accept threshold, click apply.

- Make sure you do a final save on the bottom right of the bulk edit page before exiting.

Do you send out seller-initiated offers (SIO)? If you do, you'll want to disable automatic SIO. It's an entirely separate system.

Automatically send offers

You can save time by enabling offers to be sent automatically to buyers interested in your current listings . You can change the settings for your automatic offers by going to active listings and selecting the status With offers sending automatically. This filters all your listings with the automation setting enabled.

Select View Offer settings to manage your automation setting.

Here you'll be able to:

  • Enable or disable offers from being sent automatically
  • Adjust the automatic offer amount
  • Turn on or off counteroffers
  • Change your message

To turn off automatic seller initiated offers

  1. Go to Seller Hub.
  2. In the Search section, select the All statuses dropdown and filter for "With offers sending automatically".
  3. Select Search.
  4. Select View offer settings.
  5. Select the > symbol next to Automatically send offers.
  6. Set the blue switch next to Automatically send offers to Off.
  7. Select Done.
  8. Select Update offer settings.

Correction: Those instructions from the help page are for the old Seller Hub format. Since eBay changed the Seller Hub navigation, I believe the new path is to click:

All Filters > Status > then there should be an option under there for listings with automatic offers enabled.
