So it is my first time purchasing off eBay and i put in a bid for an item. after winning the bid the seller told me to contact him on discord. after doing so he said that he had a better offer from someone else. i was very confused because i just won the bid. But he told me that he didn’t care and just was going to refund me. about two weeks later (now) i have not received an email on any refund. i checked my purchases on eBay and it still says that it is going to be shipped in about a week from now. I’m not quite sure what to do, is there anyway that i can get my money back because he said he was refunding me but hasn’t yet and him just giving up the item wasn’t what he said he was going to do so if anyone has any tips or experience on this app it would mean a-lot if you could reply. one last thing is after browsing eBay i saw the same seller selling the same item i won. I am now super confused and have no clue if this was a scam and if i can get my money back. so anyone who might have any knowledge in this please if you would let me know it would mean lots, i could also describe it better if you don’t nt understand. thank you.

Click on the appropriate picture

And follow through.

Of the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

In addition, if you have problems with that, you are covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection for 180 days from Payment.

Go to your PP account.

Go to-> Activities at top of page

And again follow instructions.

In addition you may be covered by the chargeback policy of the credit card you used (or backed your PP account with).

When you get your money back, you have 60 days from purchase to leave feedback for the seller.

The most effective feedback is calm and factual. And short. "Asked to contact on Discord. Said he sold to someone else and would refund. Did not refund. Now (date) selling item again. Refunded by eBay/Paypal/ credit card. "
