Not sure what else I can do.I ordered a matching pair of seats  for my John Deere but only recieved one. I was refunded for the missing chair and Ebay  says the case is closed . I have a useless to me seat for a John Deer as it has no matches for sale that I can find and as the seats are mounted side by side it becomes quite noticeable. A call to EBay got me a rep that promised to help and contact the seller but no word have I gotten. According to her the request was still open though it doesn't show on the ebay website. I have kept the seat in the original box in the hopes of getting a return. It seems that EBay and the seller simply want me to give up leaving me out 130 dollars and a seat I can't use.

Did you purchase two separate items or was this a single listing for two seats?

What is the return policy on the listing(s)?

When you reported that 1 of 2 was missing @rusty9930 didn't you notice in REFUND SUMMARY 

-- that you were only asking for a refund of $130 for the one that was missing 

-- which means you wanted to keep the one you received?

Otherwise you would have indicated that you were returning 2 of 2

-- and the REFUND SUMMARY would show you'd get a refund for Quantity 2.

Now if you would like to pay return shipping to get the other refund and you paid with PayPal

-- file a return request here for the remaining amount.

Or file a chargeback with your card issuer, citing only one of two received.

Return policy window  closed Jul 16 2023. When I spoke with Ebay rep she said that this would remain open.

When you purchase a listing for 2 seats @rusty9930 then open a case

-- the seller cannot refund for just a portion of your payment

-- and close the case without requiring a return.

It looks like you goofed and requested the return (or refund) for just 1 item which is what you received. 

And because the seller is in China, it's going to cost you a fortune to return the other one for a refund!
