I opened a return and it was accepted and was told to print a label but was unable to print it so I sent the item back from the post office and emailed the seller the tracking number. The tracking info says it was delivered to him but he says he didn't get it and will not refund me. the case says I didn't send it and is still requesting that I ship it . What do I do?

contact the post office, then if you think hes scamming you, id print out the label and send him something so at the very least he gets charged for the shipping.

You need to go to the return case and update the tracking number so Ebay can see it was delivered.

If you can't update it, you need to contact CS so they can update it for you.
