I sold item and it was damaged. I got a return request and accepted it. Buyer has accepted a new one but we don't know how to cancel return request

So... the buyer can actually cancel the return on their end, or let the return cancel itself by not using the return label - it will actually cancel itself out. 🙂

The buyer shouldn't close the return until they receive the new item.

The buyer doesn't know how to cancel it on his end.

The buyer should wait until they are satisfied before cancelling the Return. No worries!
