I recently purchased an item said to be authentic. I found out from the manufacturer that it was a Chinese fake. Upon letting the seller know he immediately gave me a full refund. I have not heard of getting a refund without first sending the item back. I have tried to contact the seller for days and have not heard a word. I wish to get a return shipping label from him but, in the "returns detail" tab there is no "print return label" tab.
Do I keep the item (not what I would normally do) or keep waiting and hope to someday hear from the seller?
Thanks.

The seller has so little into that "knock off fake" that it is not in their best interest to pay for return shipping.
If from China, pennies to make it, pennies to ship it, dollars to return it.
As it is a fake, you can dispose of it.
