Hello, I can t send the product because China prohibits the import of this product, and the goods will be sent back to me and aslo and i must to pay return shipping

No! You do not and aslo and i must to pay return shipping.

On eBay @giorgkorsh the seller pays return shipping when your product did not match the description. 

That is eBay policy. And if you seller does not provide the cash to pay for return shipping, contact eBay here on Facebook, and tell eBay that you need return shipping when your product did not match the description.

If you opened a Item is Not as Described return case, the seller has to provide the return shipping.

The return must be opened within 30 days of the delivery date.
