"confirm return" button not highlited.

I am trying to return something that does not match description. The problem is, the confirm button doesn't work.

eBay has begun requiring some buyers @macass-567 to upload a picture before the return request can proceed.

 Uploading a picture didn't help. The button "confirm return" is still not highlighted.

What the f*%#* is wrong with Ebay???  Unable to return items because web page is broken! (Confirm return button never responds).  Adding pictures makes no difference (even if I add all 10 allowed)!  This may be my last ebay purchase.

Try typing something in the message text box then see if the confirm button is enabled.

This worked for me when I had this problem recently.

No help.  I had to do a chat session with a rep to initiate the return.  Thanks anyway.  This has apparently been a problem for a while.  Don't understand why ebay doesn't fix it.
