How do send a partial refund for a shipping overpay.

Please don't tell me to refer to the "refunds dashboard" unless you tell me how to access that. I'm not stupid, but I can't find the "refunds dashboard."

Simple tasks like this use to be .... well ... simple and obvious.

Go to your ALL ORDERS tab.

Find the order for which you want to issue the partial.

Click the dropdown and click on "send refund."

Put in the amount of overpayment you want to send back to the buyer.

Review and send.

I have the same question. I do NOT see refund option in the drop down menu. I have searched all over the Orders page and other sections also. WTH? Any other suggestions?

I agree. I'm in the same situation. I need to partially refund a buyer who substantially overpaid for shipping. All of these replys are saying to click on the refund option, but there isn't one! I guess I'll have to try doing it through PayPal.
