You are contacting a community board where members try to help people having problems with transactions...

It seems like this is a situation going back over a month ago or so... if you won a case for a refund you should have gotten it when you returned the item if you were required to do so. Did you return an item? Was it delivered back to the seller if you did?

It has been a month since it says you were refunded so I’m surprised that you don’t see a credit on your visa statement.  Have you contacted Visa about it?
