getting a refund

hello

i purchased  a 20volt battery on ebay and paid for it on ebay. battery arrived . wrong size . I sent it back to the sender. i mailed it back through post office. 

I cannot find my purchase on my e bay account.

 i feel it was a scam.  it cost me $18 according to my bank statement. It cost me $13 to mail back to sender. Have not heard a thing back. i bought this battery 9-4-2021.

i do not want this person to be on e bay , taking there money and not refunding.  I am very frustrated with this.

what can ebay do for me !!!!!!!!

When did you receive the battery?

Did you open a case or just ship it back?

Did you use a return request via eBay?

If so, on your purchase history page, scroll down towards the bottom under returns and cancelled orders.  Is there anything in that section?

Do you have more than one Ebay account? Did you sign into the correct account? Anything you purchased will be located under My Ebay Purchase history.

You needed to open a case in Ebay to return the item. When you open a return case in EBay, you should get a return label you can print out. If you just sent it back to the buyer, did you get a tracking number? If you did, I believe you can still open a return case and use the tracking number to show you sent the item back to the seller.

If contacting the seller did not help, you need to contact Ebay directly. Did they send a packing slip with the order number on it? That will help if you can't find your purchase history.
