A buyer today submitted a refund request saying my photos didn't accurately show the color (whatever). I issued the refund and I thought I paid for return shipping and a label for the buyer. But I can't find anywhere in my account or my seller hub, anything showing a tracking number for the return. I want to make sure the buyer returns the items, and I want to send him a label, but I can't tell if my refund included shipping.
Suggestions please.

If you refunded, the case was closed and there won't be a return shipping label.

Well... did you issue a refund or did you approve a Return request?
ETA: if you approved a Return, you'll find it under Seller Hub/Orders/Returns. There's no such thing as a 'refund request'.

Grrrrrr. This is the first time for me having a buyer claim item not as described. I just followed the email instructions sent to me from eBay. I clicked issue a refund, but I thought I saw an option to pay for a return shipping label and I clicked that option.

Grrrrrr is right. I just looked at your 'Solds'... you have some nice items, some even pricey. Hoping it was a less pricey one. Dang. 😑

Fortunately, the buyer is very reasonable and the item was a couple of plates that weren't a high priced. Only thing with these plates, they are available on the manufacturer's website, so there is a limit on how much I can hope to get for them, and spending a lot of extra money on shipping sort eats into my margin.
The only way I could figure out how to cover the cost of the return shipping was to ask the buyer to include his email address in a note with the return package so I can send him a payment via PayPal. If he tries to give me his email address on the ebay messaging system I think the eBay filters will block his message.
