When an item does not pass the authentication, does it show that you opened a return on the item?

I recently bought a pair of Jordans on eBay, it was covered by the Authentication Guarantee. I open up my  laptop and see that when I try to see the tracking of the item, it says I opened a return on the item. I never did. It looks like I immediately had my money refunded to me. Looking at the return details it says that the reason I opened this case was "Doesn't match description or photos". If this isn't normal for when a shoe doesn't pass, is there a way I can cancel the return? I really like this shoe and I got it for a really good price. Thanks

So you're okay with a product that is not authentic? The rub might be that bootlegs can't be sold/shipped.

No that's not what I was trying to say. I was trying to say that if it isn't normal for an item to show as returned/cancelled by me, could I cancel that return and still get it? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I can't figure out how to word it right.

I'm thinking that if you didn't open the Return, maybe eBay did due to the item being not authentic. I've never used the program before... sit tight for other posters who might have experience with this.

Hey @jonaline_94 that is correct; this is the normal process for shoes that don't pass authentication.  For this type of situation, there is no option to cancel the return.
