Tracking number & Carrier name NOT RECOGNIZED

I returned the item for a refund. Item delivered but still can't add tracking number and carrier name to the claim because it shows tracking number/carrier name not recognized. What should I do? Please help.

Carrier: DHL

Package is from Poland to Germany.

I tried the number and it does not seem to work. Recheck it and make sure it's correct.

On dhl.com and dhl.de, it is shown as delivered.

Have you contacted eBay Poland Support, or eBay Germany Support for help with the tracking, as that is where your account is.

I contacted eBay Customer Support and they added tracking number and carrier.
