I have tried multiple times to enter the tracking number for a return, but eBay’s area to enter the number does not recognize it as a tracking number. I can enter the number on the USPS site and it brings up the information.
I have to have the tracking number entered to get the refund and considering that this is a $200+ refund, I am not willing to let it go. What do I do to get this taken care of since there is no other way to contact anyone at eBay?

Try adding a digit zero ahead of your return tracking number @cb11472 to get eBay to recognize it
For example, if the tracking number is 12345, try entering 012345 instead, and eBay should start showing its progress. Did it work?

Well, I found this too late and now Ebay has closed the case in favor of the seller.
I cant appeal the case, every link i take brings me back to the "ebay customer support has made a final decision and has sided with the seller."
I feel helpless, like ebay intentionally doesnt want to have the option to direct customers to support staff.
I still dont have a viable way to appeal this and tell them they provided this return label and it was shipped back immediately.. this is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

Easy, just file a "Credit not processed" chargeback with your card issuer (call the number on the back of the card) and provide the eBay return tracking number showing delivered back to the seller, to get your refund.
Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?”
“Credit Not Processed” chargebacks are filed by customers who have returned their purchase but did not receive a refund from the merchant.
And repeat the same @pepsicoke6 for the first return that wasn't refunded as well.
Or file a dispute here with PayPal instead, if that's how you paid, and escalate your dispute to a claim immediately. Then when you're instructed to return the item, upload the already-delivered tracking number to get your automatic refund. And if it's been less than 180 days (half a year) repeat for the other return that wasn't refunded as well.
