Can't get anywhere with chat, does anyone know the direct number for ebay customer service???

If you don't receive your order no need to contact anyone.
A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

The Chat is run from Utah and their version of Victoria Day means there is probably no one in the office.
The phone people out side of Utah business hours are likely in the Philippines and don't have a national holiday this weekend.
But.
The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that mean giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
