hi! So I bought an item, in the listening it said “authentic restock” but when it arrived it was clearly a bootleg version . The seller aproved of the return and then I got another email saying the seller can’t send a return label ? What should I do this situation?

This your item?
If so (it was the only one that came up with "authentic restock" search), it appears you've purchased from someone who is drop-shipping.
If the seller doesn't send you a label, or funds to purchase one, ask eBay to step in and they'll close your INAD in your favor.
If this isn't yours, let us know the actual item number and someone is bound to be able to answer more definitively.

Next time, check the seller's feedback before buying also!
Seller is in Australia, item comes from China and has 85% feedback with 5 negs in the last 30 days!

Seller feedback can also be helpful when choosing to make a purchase. This is from the feedback profile of the seller of the item pictured above:

Just escalate the case so that eBay has to step in. If the seller is in another country they can't send the label, but they will have to send you the money needed to ship it back. You need to find out how much a return shipping label will cost.

Dead since you have no button to ask eBay to step in,
leave a private message for eBay on Facebook at this link instead with your name and so on, and tell eBay that the seller told eBay that the seller can't send a return label, and eBay told you that the seller can't send a return label, and tell eBay that you are asking for a return label and that the seller can't send a return label.
