I purchased a Tom Brady card and the seller is refusing to send it to authentication. The seller has now re-posted the item for sell. I dont understand why Ebay cant help with the situations?

How do you know it hasn't been sent? Did they tell you they were not shipping? Maybe they have more than one.
Were you refunded?
If you don't receive it after the expected delivery date has passed file a not received case.

Did they re-list it for a lower price?
That's the only way they would avoid authentication.
