So I just got scammed. I usually always sell my items on stockx but I will list my same items on ebay for a little more to see if someone will buy it even though frankly it is a little more inconvenient for me. I was lucky enough to cop a supreme hoodie back in December and held on to it thinking it would  go up in value and it did. I still have the screenshot of my order confirmation. Anyway, just a month ago it sold to a buyer with zero feedback. Now seeing as though I am new to ebay too with only 2 sales and 1 feedback I gave the buyer a chance and didn't cancel it despite the  horror stories I've heard with burner ebay accounts. Well now I am apart of one. I sent it to him about a week or so after he paid (I know I'm lazy) in the same plastic it came with deadstock. I didn't think anything of it and thought It was another successful transaction. Boy was I wrong. 3 days later I get a return request saying the hoodie didn't come in the wrappings that was in my pictures WHICH IS A LIE and "didn't come with tags that usually come with items from Supreme" even though anyone who has bought Supreme online knows THEY DON'T COME WITH IN-STORE TAGS! So I already know I am getting scammed. Ebay does nothing but side with the guy with 0 feedback and just a few moments ago I video taped myself opening it because i was **bleep** sure either he would send back a replica and keep the real, send nothing at all, or just send me a random hoodie. Well ladies and gentlemen, it was the latter because I opened it up and to my NOT surprise I got a brand new, old and used OLD NAVY SWEATER YAYYY! I don't know if ebay will sit down and go over my video and case and give me a refund but I am just so depressed right now with money this is the last thing I need after getting laid off 2 weeks ago. If anyone can, please give me some advice as to how I can resolve this issue. 😞

Appeal eBays decision and fight it with everything you got - do not give up, hound them and take it as far as you can. They will never upset a buyer, but if you push enough they will refund you from their own corporate pocket.

Maybe if more sellers did this, then the cost to eBay would perhaps urge them to rethink the stupidity of their MBG terms.

I Sent 200$ Extra Merchandise As A Gift 

I Can Laugh About It Now 

It's a Miracle I Had The $ To Cover

However

Really Knocked The Wind Out Of My Sales Sails . . .For Several Months

Had I Simply Asked For More Pictures From My Buyer 

Maybe Things Would Have Panned Out Differently

Hated To Call Friends & Family

After Not Being In Touch  . ..Was A Monstrous Quandary !

First, video is a waist of time, all it proves is you can take a video and they won't even look at it or take it as evidence.

File mail fraud and a police report, then use those reports to appeal the case.

I hate to tell you this... but it is resolved.

'No Returns' and no refunds are two different animals entirely. All your video evidence (and all the King's horses and all the King's men) can't help at this point. Sorry this happened to you. Good luck going forward.
