Return request form

I ordered item on March 31. 2025 when item arrived it was the wrong item.  I ordered WF5F and was sent WF3F, contacted seller and he said he sent wrong item and to fill out a return request form through ebay.  When filling out form I have not be able to attach picture of item.  What do i need to do, I am out the money and have the wrong item.  i hope the seller has not done a bait and switch on this item but that is what it looks like.  If I leave feed back it will not be good.
