So I started a return and ebay sided with me but then I noticed I only selected to return 1 of the 2 times. I need to return both items. Is there a way to fix that or do I have to close the case and start a new case with the correct return quantity?

If you close the case, you won't be able to open another one on Ebay.

You can only open 1 case. You could ask the seller if you could return both, but you probably won’t be covered

Open a case for each item

When you selected to start a return request on only 1 of the 2 items:
then eBay steps in to side with you, the return is pre-programmed to force a refund for just that 1 item.
How are multi-quantity items handled?
Buyers are able to return multiple quantities of the same item with a single return, but can only initiate one return for each multi-quantity item purchase.

If eBay had to step in, it means that the seller will not work with you. So yes @fstblaster89 you should
- abandon the eBay return request
- start a new return request here for the full amount
- return both items using the eBay return label (doesn't expire, and good for up to 70 lbs)
Upload that tracking number when you're instructed to return your purchase, to get your refund. Or file a chargeback with your card issuer, and provide that return tracking number to get your refund.
