I have being trying to get in touch with eBay after my returned case was deemed closed. I have sent follow up email to ebay@ebay.com but have not received a reply. I also tried the automated assistant but that doesn't too good either.
If anybody has another email address where I can send my query I would be grateful.

If you shipped the item back before the deadline

- then the seller did not voluntarily refund after the return was delivered
no matter where in the world you are, simply leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook (open a throwaway account) and ask eBay to review the return tracking number @patnolan66 to get your refund.
