Return after authenticated

I purchased a vintage designer bag. In the listing the seller wrote the interior was “raw leather”. These purses when they have a lining are known for peeling or flaking. Seeing the “raw leather” I was on board. This is the first time I’ve ever had a purse I purchase go through this authentication process. Purse arrives and what a mess.
The inside is a blue powder flaking mess!! There was a blue card holder attached and nothing else. A card was laying in the bag that said if this card is removed you can’t return but it wasn’t attached to anything.  My fingers and nails are blue from the mess in the bag. The liner is not raw leather it is in fact coated fabric.
When you tap the card in the blue envelope it gives all the info from the authenticator and even they list it as “raw leather”.  Gucci is known for this flaw material. I’m beginning to wonder if these people paid by EBay know what they are doing or just look at a few key details and ship it out. Very disappointed!  It will take hours to brush out this mess. Seller is acting dumb as if she has not a clue what I’m talking about. When I go to return it will not let me. From what I’m reading it’s a hopeless situation because of it being authorized as real I’m pretty much stuck with a bag that was not listed properly.
I’ve also read I as a buyer can not leave negative feedback because it’s a real Gucci and has been authenticated. What would you do?  Im typing this looking at all the blue under my nails and I’m just disgusted. Who would spend money on a purse that leaves the items in your bag dirty and blue?

Both PayPal and your card issuer diagree with that, because any words that eBay has written to prohibit a return, carry no weight outside of eBay.

And because they chose to take cards, eBay also accepts that you will exercise your cardholder rights. Do not talk to your seller again, and just file a case at PayPal or with your card issuer, for a return and a refund.

When dealing with vintage items having known flaws you have to expect some issues.

"These purses when they have a lining are known for peeling or flaking."

" Gucci is known for this flaw"

I would not have found that a complete surprise.

Not all collectable items are good for use.  Some are only displayed.
