Having filled out the standard eBay return request form I click "CONFIRM" but it doesn't download the completed form. I have tried doing this on both Chrome and Safari. I appear to be stymied in requesting a return. The seller has agreed to this return but need to accomplish this in order for him to process it. Help, please!

What sort of return are you opening? Returns for Not As Described require a picture to be uploaded into the return request before you can complete it.
Make sure you are in the 30 day window ? meaning 30 days from the date of delivery.

The "Confirm" command on the completed request form is unresponsive. The tiny hand that has come up for registering the other responses does not appear for this one, so I am unable to use the automated online refund request. Thank you for your reply!

So this is happening when you go to your Purchase History, click on "return" and then click on whatever your reason is for wanting to return the item?

I've been repeating this process all day. The little hand that activated the Add Photo function does not appear when I hover my cursor over the "CONFIRM" command.
