How does one change the “reason for return” portion of the return page. I cannot seem to get back to that particular prompt, it just skips to method of return. I need to change it.

Hi @vczspoilz
If you already opened the return … then there is no way to change the ‘reason’. If you close the return … you won’t be able to reopen it or open another one for that item.
My guess is that you chose a ‘buyer’s remorse’ reason for the return … and you are being asked to pay the return shipping. Otherwise it wouldn’t matter which reason you chose.
If that’s the case, I’m afraid you’ll have to pay the return shipping if you want to return the item for a refund.

Thanks for the prompt answer! And you are right…I chose “changed my mind” as I was starting the return. As I was packaging the item back up, I realized it said right in front of me- on the product box -what it is supposed to do…which it is not doing. I thought it was just the way the product was and was not necessarily a defective product when I started the return, and thus, wanted to change the “reason for return” when I realized it.
