Refund

I returned an item and the seller received it. I was suppose to have my refund by today but nothing. How do I get Ebay involved?

The seller has 2 days to inspect and refund. Check to see if the ask eBay to step in option is available on the 3rd day if you do not have your refund before then.

If you don't receive your refund 4 business days from date of  delivery the seller receives the return, you can go back to the return request to click on the"Ask eBay to step in".

Did you actually open an item not as described case?

Did you receive a prepaid return label?

I opened a case and yes I got label. He got the item back 5 days ago
