I have an order number, I started a refund request, and I haven' received my refund. Everytime I get on chat it says it can't find my order number and won't connect me to an agent! How can I talk to someone othe than a stupid computer

If you started a return request you dont need to "talk" to anyone.

Go to the return case and see what the status is.

If it has been longer than 3 days since you filed, escalate the case to eBay.

A buyer has to wait until "estimated day of arrival item purchased" before doing a refund. If you are doing a refund after 30 days....it might not be possible on date item received.

A refund takes 3-5 business days for the refund to return on the credit card you used.
