So the seller is not on ebay. I would assume that ebay suspended the seller. What I would do next (Assuming you paid with PayPal) is to open a PayPal case with the reason "Item Not Described"
If you did not pay with PayPal, then your bank or CC provider would be next. Best of luck

Ebay has suspended the seller and their listings, so they would not be able to get the money back. OP would need to go through who they used to pay for the items
