Refund lost

I bought and paid for 2 items. The first seller was under covid-19 quarantine, the other was suspicious to PayPal. I canceled both items. The sellers had no objection and asked for a refund. Since then, empty promises, delays, lies.

Paypal check, bank check, saved documents. Are we really sinking so far?

buyer protection you should be covered no need to worries contact ebay and follow up with your sellers and everything is noted anyways.
