WHY WAS MY CHECKING ACCOUNT CHARGED? I NEVER GOT PAID FROM THEM. PLEASE EXPLAIN.

We can't see your account except that you've sold some items. There are fees for that whether you were paid or not. Have you filed an INR? That would officially close the transaction should they not pay and fees reversed.

If you don't have the avaliable funds, you have to pay the refunds.

When the buyer payment is released, the funds will be sent to your checking account.

I'm guessing that the money was taken from your checking account to issue a refund to the buyer who was unhappy with 2 of your items he'd purchased.
