 I ordered vintage Giogio Beverly Hills cologne know invoice barcode on box  zero on ingredients  also nothing on were its made.Giogio made in France ,smells like alcohol stinks.$137.00 in dispute contacted Paypal then sychrony bank.The customer service persons says she hopes in goes in my favor ,seller name different also from online seller.The address is a homer in PA .COMPETE FRAUD .I also cant find on purchase history with E-Bay .The seller stated know refunds red flag ,took my money delayed details for week on delivery and refund coment.I HOPE KARMA KICKS THEM WERE IT HURTS 7 TIMES OVER ITS COMING AND THEY WONT SEE IT UNTIL TO LATE .

Did you follow the protocol for returning merchandise? Was the item not as described?

In order to be refunded for an item not as described, you have to open an item not as described case.
