Seller ChinaNationalCollect says his address has changed so I can't return the product. Seller also doesn't want the product returned, keeps sending same repeat message asking me to keep the product and buy an electrical converter. The China product doesn't work in the USA due to a strange electrical plug on the product that is foreign -- wrong voltage and wrong pin configuration for USA. Also, Seller did not reveal that his product had wrong voltage for USA customer -- he sells knowing it won't work, then refuses to refund. None of the EBay or Seller messaging systems seem to work, I click on the order number and it doesn't show up -- says it's lost. It's as if the EBay user interface for return of bad products has shutdown.
