Print return label error

I received a damaged product and asked the seller for a refund.
The seller offered a full refund but I have not been able to print the return label for 4 days.
eBay customer support only asks me to continue waiting for the error to be fixed. Why can't eBay support send me the label or the QR code so I can return the product.
Why do I have to keep waiting to be able to send the product?
I saw that this is not a new problem, many buyers have complained about this same problem. Why doesn't eBay resolve it???
I only have a few days to be able to send the product.
Can anyone help me?

Print return label error

Can you ask the seller to save a label as PDF and send you the attachment in a message?
