IPHONE 14 pro max has a big problem. its still under finance and can not be unlocked with AT&T. What should I do? Just wanted the same one that is unlocked. I am not asking for a refund but an unlocked iPhone 14 Pro Max

Yes you do want a refund as neither you or your seller own that phone.  AT&T owns it as it's not fully paid for.

Yes listen to simba6 get your refund. If it is past the 30 days if you paid with a CC you can file a claim with them. Good luck.

If you don't ask for a refund you most assuredly will not be getting one.

You won't be getting an unlocked phone from that seller so I would suggest ammending what else it is that you want.
