I bought an "auto part" that showed up as Three Auto Parts. It didn't fit my particular vehicle as it should have (in one piece). Each piece had it's own shipping label, all under one Tracking Number. From prior experience, I suspect FedEx will only honor the Return Label for one piece and expect payment for the others. Last time, I had separate pieces to return as I had received them (not ebay) I had one return label and they insisted it be boxed together to use the one label, costing me for the additional packaging. Can anyone please tell me if I can simply print out Three Separate copies of the same label ? I doubt FedEx would accept it.

No your not supposed to use the same label more than once. Just wrap all the boxes into one with cardboard and tape and use the label. on it. Strapping tape, the stuff with string will hold as ling as it goes around a few wraps, each on top of the last wrap. Do put copies of that label inside each box just in case they get broken apart.
