What do i do if i order a kayak in December for Christmas and they sent the wrong kayak, we call them on Dec 24 and requested the correct item. I have called them and messaged them several times since then. they said the return order was cancelled but they picked up the on 02/03/21. now they say they never received the kayak back and will not refund my money. I sent them a copy of the freight ticket where they picked up the kayak. They will not message me back or respond to me in any way. $640.00 is a lot of money. All i want is what is due to me. This has been going on since Dec and i last messaged them on the 14th of April.
Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.

You filed a not as described case with eBay? If so, click the help and contact link at lower left of page. You waited far too long to deal with this. I hope you paid by credit card as every one should always do. If so, contact your card company.
