I put in the wrong tracking number on my return and the item was delivered

The tracking number  is. 8177 1146 0294 I use Fedex and the form ID number is. 0402  I mistakenly put all the numbers together the last  four numbers which is 0402 is the form ID number should not have been with the tracking number  the item was delivered today

Your seller should voluntarily refund by the end of the second business day, that is Friday the first business day after today, and Monday the second business day.

Otherwise @comptonoe_0 if it looks like the seller won't refund or isn't responding to your messages, then either 

-- leave a brief private message here for eBay on Facebook, to give eBay the correct FedEx number, or

-- file a chargeback with your card issuer and give them the tracking number

to get your refund.

Have not received my refund yet the tracking number is 8177 1146  0294 the package was delivered  haven’t received my refund

Please go to ebay.com and go to top of page 'Help and Contact'

Scroll down to bottom of page and go to 'Contact Us'

Select your reason

Then go on Left hand side, 'Automated Assistant'

Select your item, and select your problem. Once you get a dialogue box type agent. You will be given 2 options. Call or Chat, both with their estimated wait times.

Tell the agent that the item was delivered and give them your tracking number. If it shows delivered they ill typically issue a refund on the spot while you are on the line with them.
