How to I Issue a partial refund for returned items

I sold 7 items to a buyer and the buyer wants to return 3 of them. How do I accept the 3 items and issue a refund to the buyer

This article from ebay explains how to do return requests. Im assuming when you mean partial refund you are refunding just the purchase cost and not shipping.
