I have only had 2 disputes in 15 plus years of being on ebay.
The latest the seller in making claijustms thet there is a problem with their account and cannot refund.

If the wheelbarrow is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee which is of poor quality, just click the RETURN THIS ITEM button, then tell eBay on the list
Why are you returning, why you're still here.
Ignore the seller's excuses, and don't talk to them again. Just wait three business days, then come back to click ask eBay to stand over here and step in it, if you still don't have a refund, or a prepaid return label -- the seller pays return shipping for the poor quality tractor -- to return the tractor for a full refund.
