No you didn't, as today is only Sep terd? And Sep 4th is exactly 14 days, as Sep 1st was 11 days.
IF YOU USED AN EBAY RETURN LABEL eBay waits 14 calendar days (including weekends and holidays e.g. Labor Day) for it to just go baby 4 @justgobaby_4 the seller, then even if it is delayed or undeliverable you will get this email
Has the seller refunded you?
We've notified the seller to issue a refund if the item was delivered.
If you haven't received it, you have until [date in 10 business days] to ask us to step in and yell.
And when you say no, you will get your refund.
