Sold an i tem on ebay get it shipped but there was a delayed with USPS but the buyer went ahead asking for refund which ebay approved it and withholding my money stated that item is FAKE,its not  i got a receipt of the item to prove him wrong,despite he has got the item to see.

Been 6 days package delivered to him.

Sent him messages but never respond.

I have been trying to contact Ebay no way to.

This is a scam.

I really need help.

If the buyer claims they are fake, you need to accept the return and pay return shipping.

If you provided a return label and the buyer hasn't shipped the item back, wait until Ebay closes the case and releases the funds.
