Follow the tracking record and see if Seller has received it. Contact Seller, a refund needs to be issued no longer than 48 hours or two business days from time of item delivered. Seller might stop refund due to item being damaged. But you'll get a message from eBay if that happens

Go to bottom right of the page, in very small print click on ' have us call you'
eBay will call you in 2-9 minutes
