Final Value Fee

Hello,

I just issued a full refund to a customer.

eBay did not return me my Final Value fee (13.6%) at return, instead they charged my account on file to fulfill the return. Is this normal? I Issued the return 1 or 2 hours after they purchased, so the funds didn't even process. I thought this would be as simple refund...

If you don't have the avaliable funds, you have to cover the refund.

When the buyers payment is avaliable, those funds will be sent to you.

What reason did you choose for cancelling? 
It may have an impact on whether you get those final value fees back or not.
